Gift Card Terms and Conditions If you have any queries about your Gift Card, just call us on 0844 504 0844. The Gift Card has no value unless activated at the point of sale; The minimum amount to activate this card is £10 and the maximum is £500;Select your experience at www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/giftcard or call 0844 504 0844 and use the amount loaded on your Gift Card as full or part payment; Certain restrictions may apply to experiences and full details are available online for each experience; Any remaining balance on your card may be used towards future purchases; This card expires 12 months after date of purchase and the remaining balance will be deducted. This card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, no change will be given and Virgin Experience Days will not be liable to replace the card in the event of it being lost, damaged or stolen. This card is not a credit, charge or cheque guarantee card. On purchasing an experience with your Gift Card, theparticipant will be sent a Virgin Experience Days voucher within 2-3 working days, along with full details, activation and booking instructions. After issue of the voucher, the participant will usually have 9 months to book and redeem their voucher directly with the experience supplier (restrictions may apply to certain products); This card may not be used in conjunction with any promotional code, to purchase a discounted product or to purchase any product listed in our excluded product range;All UK and Eire Virgin Experience Days suppliers contract with us to indemnify participating voucher holders against damage to equipment they use, and against liabilities to third parties, subject to limits and compliance with their rules and terms and conditions, which may vary between suppliers; Virgin Experience Days hold cover for contingent liabilities arising at their venues and Cancellation Indemnity subject to terms is included with every voucher.
