Terms and conditions
Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards are available in variable denominations. Plastic Gift Cards are available between £10 - £500 and eGift Cards from £5 - £500. The minimum order value is £1000.
Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards are issued by Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, Hilmore House, Gain Lane, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD3 7DL (registered office) (registered number 00358949) (“Morrisons”).
Morrisons supplies both plastic gift cards (“Plastic Cards”) and digital gift cards (“eGift Cards”) to business customers, together referred to herein as (“Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards”).
Payment for Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards may be by debit card and credit card (excluding American Express), or bank transfer.
Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards can only be purchased by businesses that are registered in the UK and have been approved at registration. Where Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards are to be purchased by credit card, the card must have been issued by a UK and the cardholder’s statement address must be in the UK.
Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards can be spent in-store (excluding gift card and lottery purchases). Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards cannot be used in Morrisons Daily stores and cannot be spent online.
Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards can only be sent to valid UK business addresses (excluding PO Boxes) and email addresses. Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards cannot be collected from Morrisons stores.
Incomplete order forms will not be processed.
Morrisons cannot guarantee availability or delivery for bulk purchases.
Once your order is been approved by finance, Plastic Gift Cards will be delivered free, via our third party courier partner, and eGift Cards will be delivered immediately.
Any discrepancies within a delivery of Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards, should be notified to the Morrisons For Business Customer Service team as below:

Discrepancies must be notified prior to activation of the Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards and within 24 hours of receipt or end of next business day (whichever is the later), after which any discrepancies cannot be investigated or remedied.
Where Morrisons has any reasonable suspicion of fraud, including but not limited to redemption of Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards that have been reported as missing, it reserves the right to take legal action against the customer.
Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or credit.
Plastic Gift Cards have no value until activated. Details of how to activate Plastic Gift Cards will be included with each delivery. As for eGift Cards they will be activated at the point of ordering. Once activated, Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards are valuable and should be kept secure until required. Unused Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards cannot be returned.
Balances on Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards will expire twelve (12) months from the last transaction.
Payment in full must be received in advance for all orders, other than those paid for on account, which must have sufficient credit available and be settled within the agreed payment terms. Failure to settle an account on time will lead to the account being frozen and, in some circumstances, removed with the customer placed onto debt management.
Customers applying for a credit account will be subject to a credit check and agree for their information to be passed to a third party for that purpose. The availability of credit accounts is at the discretion of Morrisons and can be revoked at any time, on the giving of notice to the customer.
Settlement terms for all approved accounts is usually fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice or any other time as agreed by Morrisons, subject to any alternative terms agreed between Morrisons and individual customers. Customers may forfeit agreed discounted rates and/or agreed credit account facility for failure to meet these terms.
In the event of insolvency, Morrisons will cancel its contract with you and suspend any further order of Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards from being placed or delivered without any liability to you. Morrisons shall also be entitled to de-activate any Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards which have not been paid for.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards are declared to HM Revenue & Customs where required by law. If you have any queries in relation to this, please contact them directly.
Responsibility for the Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards passes to the customer at the time of delivery or activation of the cards (whichever is the earlier). Morrisons has no liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards, whether or not they have been redeemed.
Title in the Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards remains with Morrisons until payment has been received in full.
The use by the customer of trademarks or logos of Morrisons, or any of its trading companies, is only permitted with the prior written consent of Morrisons. Requests for such consent should be sent by email to morrisonsgiftcardservice@bhnetwork.com Morrisons reserves the right to withdraw such consent at any time and for any reason whatsoever, on providing the customer with written notice. The consent will terminate automatically if, in the reasonable opinion of Morrisons, the customer has breached these terms and conditions or when the customer has used all of its Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards, whichever is the earlier.
Breach of any of these conditions by the customer entitles Morrisons to discontinue supply immediately, decline to supply the customer in future and seek any appropriate legal remedy including, but not limited to, damages and / or injunctive relief.
FORCE MAJEURE – Morrisons do not guarantee delivery of Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards or the performance of any of its obligations to the customer during any period in which it is prevented or hindered from doing so by reason of any cause beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to: an act of God, war, riot or civil disturbance, strike, lockout or other labour dispute, fire, flood, drought or accident, legislation, requisitioning or other act or order by any government department, council or duly constituted authority, breakdown of plant or machinery (including transport), shortages or unavailability from normal sources of products or of any other cause (whether of the foregoing classes or not) beyond the reasonable control of Morrisons .
This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Morrisons reserves the right to decline to supply Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards to any customer recorded on the Morrisons Corporate Gift Card Blacklist.
Morrisons reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Morrisons shall at all times comply with the terms of the applicable Data Protection and Privacy laws, instruments or regulations in carrying out its obligations under the terms of these Terms and Conditions. Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards Blacklist Policy
Any company, partnership, individual or other legal entity (“you”) purchasing Plastic Gift Cards or eGift Cards (“Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards”) from Morrisons does so subject to this Blacklist Policy.
Industry restrictions
Organisations that fit into one of the following categories are not permitted to purchase and/or use Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards:
payday loan companies;
casinos, gambling and online betting companies;
pornography companies;
organisations campaigning on a specific political message;
religious organisations;
organisations that conflict with Morrisons ethical standards. For example, any companies that have been exposed as employing child labour, or that permit sub-standard working conditions; and
organisations that do not meet the finance restrictions (as set out in section 2 below).
Morrisons reserves the right to refuse an order for gift cards from an organisation which, at Morrisons sole discretion, falls into one or more of the categories listed in clause 1.1.
By placing an order for Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards you confirm that:
you do not fall within any of the categories listed in clause 1.1; and
you will not sell the Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards to any third parties falling within one or more of the categories listed in clause 1.1.
On-sale of Morrisons Gift Cards
If you purchased Morrisons Corporate Gift Cards via morrisonsgiftcardservice@bhnetwork.com , you are not allowed to sell the gift cards to any third party without Morrisons consent. Nothing in this Blacklist Policy shall vary this term.
